A professional inspection will review hundreds of items in the home, and generally lasts 2-4 hours depending on the size and age of the home. If you attend the inspection, your inspector will review major items with you as the inspection happens. You will then be given a full inspection report which reviews everything you need to know about the home and will contain pictures of problematic issues
